Thank you for your purchase of Forget Me Spot. If you are unhappy with our product for any reason, you may return with receipt. Refunds are limited to the purchase price of Forget Me Spot Stain Patch Spot Remover.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We will refund only your purchase price of Forget Me Spot Stain Patch Spot Remover
We will not accept any article of clothing.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund of your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at savemyclothes@forgetmespot.com
Shipping
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
